The 2016 Tulsa Apartment Association Maintenance Mania will be Thursday, September 29th from 3:00-7:00pm at the new Margaritaville Event Center at the River Spirit Casino Resort (8330 Riverside Parkway, Tulsa).
WHAT IS MAINTENANCE MANIA
Maintenance Mania is a competition in which apartment maintenance technicians face maintenance-focused challenges that test their skills and knowledge. Winners receive cash and prizes!
The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Maintenance Mania is one of many competitions taking place around the country. If participant times are the fastest in our region, they will qualify for the 2017 National Maintenance Mania competition* in Atlanta.
There is a total of 8 challenges:
Service Technicians can compete in just one challenge, or they can compete in them all!
*Participants must compete in all seven challenges plus enter a car in the race car competition to be able to qualify for a spot in the National Championship.
The Race Car Competition is a crowd favorite! Service Technicians build a race car from maintenance products ahead of the event, and then during the Maintenance Mania competition they race it down a 32’ long track to see who's is the fastest. Style also counts - spectators get an opportunity to vote for their favorite race car design in the People's Choice Race Car Design award.
