Supplier Spotlight & Table Benefits
As a Supplier Member of the Tulsa Apartment Association you have the opportunity to tell our members about your company and the products and/or services you offer. You can do this is by utilizing your Supplier Spotlight and/or Supplier Table opportunities at our luncheon meetings. Our luncheon meetings are the third Tuesday of each month (excluding April, June, November & December) at 11:30am at the Crowne Plaza Tulsa Southern Hills. These benefits are reserved on a first come - first served basis, so make sure to submit your request early. As part of your membership, you have the opportunity to receive one Supplier Spotlight and one Supplier Table per calendar year, based on availability.

The Supplier Spotlight is an opportunity for you to address members attending our luncheon meetings for 2-3 minutes at the beginning of the meeting. We provide a podium, microphone, and projection a/v equipment for a short power point or video presentation. The TAA office needs to know who your speaker will be by 12:00pm the Friday before the meeting, so we can make sure to have all of the correct information on the meeting agenda. You will be able to put your print materials or giveaways on the tables/chairs prior to the meeting. We encourage you to have your items on the tables/chairs by 11:15am so they are already placed when the first guests arrive. We ask that you refrain from mentioning any competitors, keep your comments positive, and please do not go over your allotted time of 2-3 minutes. There is no cost for this Supplier membership benefit, however you must pay the registration fee for the luncheon meeting.
The Supplier Table is a table setup outside our luncheon meeting room where you may display company information, hand out items and greet members as they arrive and leave the meeting. We provide a skirted 8-foot table, however you may request the table without skirting. This is a table-top display, so you may not hang anything on the walls. We encourage you to be setup and ready no later than 11:15am, so you can have the full benefits of networking with the members as they arrive. There is no cost for this Supplier membership benefit, however you must pay the registration fee for the luncheon meeting.
After we receive your request, you will be contacted by the TAA office to confirm the luncheon meeting date for your Supplier Spotlight and/or Table opportunity. Assignments are based on availability, and you may only have one Supplier Spotlight and one Supplier Table per calendar year.
