Supplier Members: Remember to Sign-up for Your 2024 Spotlight & Table

One of the awesome benefits of being a Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Supplier Member is the opportunity to have one Supplier Spotlight and one Supplier Table at a TAA Luncheon Meeting each calendar year. 

There is no cost for these Supplier Member Spotlight and Table benefits, however you must register and pay the registration fee for the Luncheon Meeting, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.  Supplier Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please make sure you sign up early to take advantage of this opportunity.

WHAT IS A SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT
At the beginning of our Luncheon Meetings we feature Supplier Spotlights.  A Spotlight is an opportunity for you to speak to those in attendance. You have up to 2 minutes to talk about your company and its products and/or services.  You can have a presentation displayed on the projection screens in the room and/or show a video as your Spotlight. You are welcome to put print materials and/or promotional items on the tables or chairs prior to the meeting. During your Spotlight we ask that you refrain from mentioning any competitors, keep your comments positive, and please do not go over your allotted time of 2 minutes. ​The TAA office needs to have your presentation, video, and name of your speaker(s) by 12:00pm the Friday before the meeting, so we can make sure we have the appropriate setup for you and correct information on the meeting agenda. 
WHAT IS A SUPPLIER TABLE

At each of our Luncheon Meetings, we have a covered table in the meeting room for our members who have been designated to have a Supplier Table.  A Supplier Table gives you an opportunity to setup a display area and talk to members as they arrive and leave the Luncheon Meeting. You can hand out printed materials, promotional items and/or goodies to meeting attendees. This is a table-top display, so you may not hang anything on the walls. We encourage you to be setup and ready no later than 11:15am, so you can have the full benefits of networking with the members as they arrive. 

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A SPOTLIGHT OR TABLE

You must sign up in advance for a Supplier Spotlight or Table through the TAA office by emailing Cherice Morris or calling 918-747-6217. View the list of the 2024 Luncheon Meeting dates below or view the Events Calendar.  Luncheon Meetings are 11:30am-1:00pm at the Mike Fretz Event Center. 
Dates, times, and location are subject to change.

Terms & Cancellation Policy

The company must be a member in good standing with the Tulsa Apartment Association. To be in good standing, your company must not have any past due or unpaid invoices over 60 days. 

Supplier Spotlights/Tables may be canceled (or rescheduled based on availability) up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date at no charge. If a Supplier Spotlight/Table is canceled (or rescheduled) less than 30 days prior to the scheduled Luncheon Meeting date you will be charged a $200 cancellation/rescheduling fee. This policy is to ensure there is ample time for another Supplier Member to be scheduled in your place should you need to cancel/reschedule since there are limited Supplier Spotlight/Table opportunities available.
