The City of Tulsa Fire Department (TFD) has hired additional code enforcement officers to conduct inspections of apartment communities in the city of Tulsa. They have a goal to inspect every apartment community in the city of Tulsa in 2024.  Rental housing providers can prepare for these inspections by utilizing the following checklists.
