The Tulsa Apartment Association Zenith Awards were created to recognize outstanding members for their professionalism, hard work, and contributions to the apartment industry. Award winners represent the best of the best in the northeastern Oklahoma area rental housing industry.
The Zenith Awards event is an in-person gala-style event that celebrates all the nominees and where we announce the winner for each Zenith Award. This year the event will be held on Friday, November 17th at the Cox Business Convention Center Grand Hall. The cocktail reception begins at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, and the awards presentation begins at 7:45pm. Following the awards presentation, we host an after-party at the same location.
A ticket is required for attend the Zenith Awards. Registration for this event has closed, but you may email the TAA office or call 918-747-6217 to see if we have tickets available for you to purchase for this event.
With over 1,000 typically in attendance, the Zenith Awards is the perfect opportunity to shine the spotlight on your company. The support of our sponsors allows us to continue to host a memorable and fun experience for TAA members, and ultimately supports the Tulsa Apartment Association and the rental housing industry.

TABLES & TICKETS
Tickets are required for the Zenith Awards event. Tables come with 10 tickets, provide you with a discount off the individual ticket price, and give your the opportunity to sit with your guests at a table location you select.
Table selection is done in the order that we receive your commitment (registration), and priority is given based on your sponsorship level.

The opportunity to book a discounted hotel room in our block of hotel rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Downtown Tulsa has ended, however you may still be able to book a room at this hotel by contacting the hotel directly. NOMINATIONS CLOSED AUGUST 11, 2023.
There are over 30 different awards to submit nominations for the Zenith Awards. Each award has different requirements and judging criteria. Click here to view the 2023 Zenith Awards Guidelines which includes the full list of awards and includes the requirements and guidelines for submitting a nomination and information on the judging process.
NEW THIS YEAR! The same form will be used for all nominations and the nominator will receive an instant confirmation email after the nomination has been submitted. All nominations must be submitted using this nomination form.
Nominees will be required to submit a video to be used for judging. Click here to view the nominee video guidelines. Nominee videos are due Friday, September 22, 2023 (nominees for Supplier awards have until October 6). If a property management individual nominee is overwhelmed by the idea of creating a video, they can schedule a time to come in to the TAA office and have an interview recorded for them to use for their video submission. The interview will be recorded in one take, and there will not be any video editing services, however this is a great option for a nominee who is feeling overwhelmed by the fact that they will have to create and submit a video for their nomination.
