Welcome to the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Member Budget and Planning Guide! This is designed to be a quick reference to assist you with planning your investment in TAA programs and events in 2026.

The following dates, times, and pricing are subject to change and are provided solely for baseline budgeting purposes.

2026 ANNUAL DUES

TAA Renewal Membership Dues invoices will be sent out in December with a due date for February 1, 2026.
The National Apartment Association (NAA) Click & Lease users are required to maintain membership in good standing in order to access the lease.

OWNER/MANAGEMENT COMPANY: $175 Flat Fee +
                                 1-1,000 Units: $
                                  1,000+ Units: $

In calculating annual dues, owner/management members must include the total number of units/rental homes in the TAA territory (all Eastern Oklahoma) that they owner and/or manage. 

SUPPLIER MEMBERS: $375

PRORATED MEMBERSHIP DUES: If your community or company joined after January 1st, you were required to pay a full year of dues upon joining. Because of this, your dues invoice for the following year will be prorated in December based on the number of days remaining in your initial membership period. For example, if you joined on March 31, 2025, your 2026 dues will be priced based on April 1 - December 31.

OPTIONAL:

$50 Advance the Industry Fund: Contributing to this fund helps support our industry efforts at the local, state, and national level. Through our government affairs efforts, we have saved our members millions of dollars, and the Advance the Industry fund will help continue to fight onerous legislation. SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT AND SUPPLIER TABLE

Supplier Members have the opportunity to have one Supplier Spotlight and one Supplier Table at a TAA Luncheon Meeting each calendar year. There is no cost for this benefit, however you must register and pay the registration fee for the Luncheon Meeting, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Supplier Spotlights and Supplier Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to sign up early. You can reserve your spots here:

Supplier Networking Lunch:

We host monthly Supplier Networking Lunches (SNL) that are open to any TAA Supplier members. There is no charge to attend, you simple are responsible for your own lunch bill.

Join us as we discuss TAA's upcoming events, learn valuable information about how to get involved with upcoming association events, stay informed of management and on-site staff changes, and have an opportunity to network with fellow TAA Supplier Members.

CERTIFIED APARTMENT LEASING PROFESSIONAL (CALP)
Monday, March 16 - Friday, March 20

Earn your CALP credential to gain practical, hands-on experience in using technology to generate traffic, managing your property's reputation, analyzing competitors, and mastering relationship-based sales. You'll also learn how to apply fair housing laws, qualify prospects, prepare leases, and guide new residents through the move-in process. With training focused on maximizing occupancy and revenue, securing renewals, and building a strong sense of community, CALP gives you the tools you need to succeed and stand out in residential property management.

CERTIFICATE FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS (CAMT)
Monday, November 9 - Friday, November 13

Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any operating budget. This course acts as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, teaching what it takes to run a cost-effective maintenance program. Earning your CAMT validates your knowledge, enhances your reputation and credibility, boosts your confidence and earns you respect. The CAMT program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a private non-profit organization that administers and coordinates the U.S. voluntary standardization and conformity assessment system.
