Zenith Awards
The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Zenith Awards were created to recognize outstanding
members for their professionalism, hard work, and contributions to the apartment industry.
Award winners represent the best of the best in the eastern Oklahoma rental housing industry.

Our Committee is still working on the 2026 Theme. Working in the rental housing industry we know every day can be unpredictable... and so will be our Zenith Awards event this year. While it will be the same Zenith Awards event you love,
The Zenith Awards event is an in-person gala-style event that celebrates all the nominees and where we announce the winner for each Zenith Award. The cocktail reception begins at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, and the awards presentation begins at 8:00 pm. Following the awards presentation, we host an after-party at the same location.
With over 1,000 typically in attendance, the Zenith Awards is the perfect opportunity to shine the spotlight on your company. The support of our sponsors allows us to continue to host a memorable and fun experience for TAA members and ultimately supports the Tulsa Apartment Association and the rental housing industry.

Registrations for sponsorships cannot be canceled or refunded after the registration is submitted. If you made an error during registration, please contact the Tulsa Apartment Association office immediately to have the error corrected.
