 TAA Goes WILD; 50 Years & Still Roaring at the Tulsa Zoo. Saturday; June 6th

This is a new event for our management members, sponsors, and their families! 

As we celebrate 50 years of the Tulsa Apartment Association, this event is a heartfelt thank you from the Tulsa Apartment Association and our Sponsors to our members, whose continued support has made our Association what it is today.

  • Tickets are $10.00 each. Limited total purchase of 5 per member. 
  • Registration is required - no same-day entry (this is due to securing food in advance)
  • Payment in full at the time of purchase. Unless arrangements are made in advance.
  • Bulk ticket packages are available; please contact sdaley@taaonline.com for details.
  • Suppliers must be a sponsor to attend.
  • Ticket includes all-day zoo admission. 
  • TAA celebration is from 5:00-9:00 pm
  • Dinner at 6:00 at Rajan's, located inside the Lost Kingdom complex of the Zoo.

There are no refunds for this event; however, if you are unable to attend, someone else from your company can take your spot. Email Tiercy Jarvis if you have any questions or need to make a change.

Below is important information about the day of our TAA Goes Wild Event

  • Event time 5:00-9:00
    • Set up: 4:30 in the Rajan Building, located in the Lost Kingdom complex of the Zoo
    • There is a dedicated entrance if you have a large number of items
    • Dinner is from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. This would be the recommended time frame to be present at your marketing table to greet guests.
      • Being present at your marketing table is not required. Some sponsors have stated they plan to set out marketing items, but plan to enjoy the evening with their teams and/or family.
  • Marketing table
    • All 6 King of the Jungle Sponsors will have an 8 ft. table located in the Rajan Building. The TAA will also have an 8 ft. table.
      • It will be 1st come 1st serve on which table you want to set up at
        • Note: All tables are equally visible
    • The Zoo will provide a khaki table linen for your marketing table.
      • You may bring your own if you desire
    • Your Sponsorship included a 6’x2’ banner that will be attached to the front of your table.
      • We are not permitted to hang anything on the walls; this is the reason for the banners going on the front of your table.
  • Reserved table:
    • You will have 1 Reserved dinner table in the party room for a seating of 4.
    • The outside tables are larger, but we ask to keep those open for our attendees.
  •  Entry into the Zoo details
    • Registered guests for this event will receive an envelope with the number of wristbands purchased.
      • If you would like to assist in delivering the envelopes in the last few days before the event, please let Tiercy know. This is an additional opportunity to network.
    • Your Sponsorship included 10 entry tickets for the zoo.
      • If you would like to purchase additional tickets at the discounted rate of $9.00 each reach out to us BEFORE May 26th at 2:00.
        • TAA members must pay at the time of registration for their tickets, as not all management companies cover the cost of this event. Therefore, if you want your company billed, you must reach out to Tiercy directly, and she can assist you.

Due to the deadline for securing food in advance and ensuring we have enough, this is a pre-ticketed event. There is no same-day entry for this event.

In closing, we have received a good response to the event. We don’t yet have a sense of anticipated attendance, as a few management companies are purchasing tickets for any employee and family member who wants to attend. Those companies are not required to provide their list until next week.
