Register by January 21:  $925 per member / $1,225 per non-member
Register January 22-31:  $975 per member / $1,275 per non-member
 Register February 1-10:  $1,075 per member / $1,375 per non-member




Cancellation Policy for CAM Course Registration: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made by January 15. Cancellations made January 16 - 31 will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations received after January 31 and no-shows will be required to pay in full.  Substitutions may be made for no additional fee.

Cancellation Policy for Sponsorships:  No cancellations will be accepted once your registration has been submitted.
