The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) was established in 1976 to represent the rental housing industry in northeastern Oklahoma. Over the years our membership has grown and today we have over 500 members and represent over 54,000 rental homes.
We provide quality education that promotes professional property management, participate in advocacy to ensure the voice of the rental housing industry is heard, and create networking opportunities for industry peers to meet and learn from one another.
The Tulsa Apartment Association is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association. TAA territory includes the following counties in northeastern Oklahoma: Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Pawnee, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington.

There are two types of members of TAA - Owner/Management Company and Supplier.
An owner/management company member, owns and/or manages rental housing.
A supplier member is a vendor that provides products and/or services to the rental housing industry.
