With nearly a decade of experience in Multi-Family and Student Housing, Cara Andrukaitis is passionate about developing people, strengthening operations, and creating training that truly makes an impact. As the Corporate Trainer for Winfield Property Management, she works closely with both office teams and maintenance staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their roles. From driving sales teams with innovative training to reinforcing Fair Housing and Compliance, she is dedicated to setting employees up for success.
She holds a Certified Apartment Manager certification and a degree in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, she serves on the Tulsa Apartment Association Board of Directors. When she’s not writing SOPs or mentoring new employees, you can find Cara curled up with a good book or spending time with her two cats—likely brainstorming her next big idea for making training more engaging.
