Although the core principles of the Fair Housing Act remain consistent, guidance and interpretations continue to evolve. For property management professionals, especially maintenance teams, staying current on fair housing requirements is essential. Understanding how to properly handle interactions with residents not only supports a positive community but also protects you and your company from costly legal risks.

This essential training will equip maintenance teams to:

  • Understand and comply with fair housing regulations

  • Navigate resident interactions with professionalism and confidence

  • Properly respond to reasonable accommodation requests

  • Recognize and prevent discriminatory practices

  • Avoid costly mistakes and legal consequences

  • Apply real-world scenarios to everyday situations

By the end of this session, your team will be better prepared to deliver fair, respectful, and legally compliant service to every resident.

Set your team up for success—reserve your spot today!

This training qualifies for 2 NAA Continuing Education Credits (CECs).
