THIS YEAR'S TOURNAMENT WILL FEATURE A SINGLE FLIGHT.

Golfer registration is available for TAA management companies/properties. TAA supplier members must register as a Presenting Sponsor, Driver Sponsor, or Iron Sponsor to have a golf team. Visit Golf Glassic Sponsorships for more information.  

    

The TAA Golf Classic is a scramble golf tournament.  Each team consists of 4 golfers. Golfers move their ball to the site of the best shot of all four team members, and take their next shot from there.  Everyone gets a chance to play every shot on every hole!  Designed for all levels of skill - even beginners!  Men and women are encouraged to participate.  You may put together your own foursome.  However, all four registrations must come together if you are entering as a team.  TAA staff will pair single and double registrations as appropriate. 

   


By participating in this event I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgment freely and knowingly and that I am, as result, able to participate in TAA events and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold TAA harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.

Full payment for sponsorship is due by Monday, June 9.

Anyone is welcome to donate a door prize to be given away during the Golf Classic event. Email info@taaonline.org if you would like to donate a door prize.

Cancellation Policy:

We will have one flight for our Golf Classic: 7am check-in | 8am shotgun start 

Golfer registration includes green and cart fees, lunch, 2 drink tickets and goodie bag!

  

LUNCH TICKET REGISTRATION: $40 per ticket (if registered by May 15)
                                                   $50 per ticket (if registered May 16-June 9)

Lunch will be served to golfers at 1:30pm in the Clubhouse followed by the award presentation. 

Suppliers members must be a sponsor to purchase lunch tickets.

  • Golfer registration deadline
  • Deadline to submit your drink order to the TAA office
  • Payment is due in full at the TAA office

June 11

  • Deadline to submit your golf and lunch ticket names to the TAA office

June 13

  • Coolers can be dropped off at the MeadowBrook Country Club
    (remember to include a label with your company name)
  • Deadline to deliver door prizes to the TAA office 
    (You may bring them with you to Golf Classic at the check-in table)

The TAA Community Outreach Committee has chosen to raise money for The Lindsey House. Money raised from mulligan sales & hole sponsor games on the golf course will be given to this great organization. The Lindsey House empowers mothers on the journey to independence through learning life skills, financial literacy, & workplace proficiency.

MULLIGANS

Mulligans may be purchased at the tournament for $5 each. Maximum of 2 per player. All money raised from mulligan sales will be donated to the Lindsey House, the designated charity for the tournament. Mulligans may be purchased with cash, credit card, or invoiced to your company as long as your company is a TAA member and you have authorization for invoicing.

  

GAMES

There will be various games to play throughout the course, so make sure you bring cash to play these games. Games will be $5 - $25 to play and all money raised will be donated to the Lindsey House, our designated charity for the TAA Golf Classic. Participation is optional. Cash or credit cards will be accepted.
