Alexis Melton, the fierce millennial multifamily warrior with a proven track record of success in property management returns! Early in her career, she gained valuable experience managing student housing and senior housing properties, which gave her a solid foundation for the rest of her career. Since then, Alexis has earned a variety of credentials and awards, including the Certified Apartment Manager and the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional credentials.

In her role as a leader, Alexis is known for her ability to identify and cultivate untapped talent within her team. She has a talent for hiring, onboarding, training, and career development, and she is skilled at navigating complex industry challenges such as managing millennials and remote employees.  Alexis has demonstrated heroic strength in career development for national property management companies, and knows people are a company's greatest investment. She is dedicated to building successful staff relationships through teamwork and collaboration.

As an Advanced Facilitator in the National Apartment Association, she has been recognized as a Credential Holder of the Year for her outstanding work in the industry, and she will stop at nothing to bring out the best in every individual she encounters.
