Human Resources (HR) is a critical component of the property manager role - some managers do more HR work than others - but every manager needs a good understanding of their role in HR.  Tricia Way, PHR SHRM-CP of Capital Assets will share her HR wisdom from 20+ years experience. Tricia will identify some common HR mistakes that are made in managing people and provide tips for how you can avoid them.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be canceled up until Wednesday, June 7th at no charge.  If reservations are canceled after June 7th you will be responsible for paying for the reservation in full.  You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge.
