Business at the Ballpark

2025 Business at the Ballpark logo

Business at the Ballpark is a combination of a Business Exchange event and a networking event at a Tulsa Drillers Baseball Game.  There is a limited number of spots for participation in the Business Exchange portion of the event, however if you are not able to get a spot in the Business Exchange, you can still register to participate in the Drillers Baseball Game following the Business Exchange.

Registration for Property Management Decision Makers is FREE and is by invitation only.  If you are a Property Management Company decision maker and would like to participate in this event, please contact the TAA office.

Check-in and a cocktail reception will begin at 3pm and the Business Exchange begins at 4pm. A ballpark dinner will be served at 6pm for those attending the baseball game. Stick around after the Business Exchange and continue networking on our private deck at the Drillers baseball game. The game will start at 7pm.

What is a Business Exchange?

Think of it like “speed dating” for Property Management Companies and the Supplier Partners that service them. Decision-makers from property management companies will be at tables and the Supplier Partner representatives will rotate to the different tables during scheduled 4 minute appointment times.

Our good friends at our sister apartment association affiliate, the Houston Apartment Association, have created a video to help prepare their members for the Business Exchange. We thought it contained some really great information that we would like to share with you so you can be better prepared. View the video here.

For our Property Management Professionals, the Business Exchange is a great way for you to meet and gather information from a wide assortment of vendors in an efficient and organized manner. You will leave this event with key information that you can use to make well-informed decisions as you prepare your budgets...and beyond! This event is FREE for you to attend, and is first-come, first-served since we have limited space. If you would like to participate in this event, please contact the TAA office.

For our Supplier Partners, TAA has removed the gatekeeper and set the meeting for you! The Business Exchange allows you to have personal, dedicated time with the people who make the decisions about contracts and purchasing for their companies. You have a short amount of time for each meeting, but you will have the opportunity to meet with 15-20 different companies in 2 hours. We call that time well spent!

How to Participate?

Property Management decision-makers can attend this event for free, however, there are limited spots available. You must RSVP to the TAA office to secure your spot. Property Management company representatives that participate in the Business Exchange will receive two complimentary tickets to the private deck for the Drillers baseball game following the Business Exchange.

Supplier Partners must register to be able to participate. Registration includes two company representatives participation in the Business Exchange portion of the event. We recommend that only two company representatives participate, however you can add additional company representatives for an additional cost.  Each Supplier company representative that participates in the Business Exchange will receive two complimentary tickets to the private deck for the Drillers baseball game following the Business Exchange.

This event will sell out fast!!! Make sure you know when registration opens and be ready to register at the time it opens to secure your spot!

After the Business Exchange is sold out, Supplier Partners will be given the option to attend the baseball game by signing up for a Grand Slam, Triple or Double sponsorship. The cost of the sponsorship will be the price listed minus the participation cost for not being able to participate in the Business Exchange portion. Even though you will not be able to participate in the Business Exchange portion, you will be able to attend the Drillers baseball game and network with everyone during the game, as well as receive the additional advertising benefits that come with the sponsorship.

MAXIMIZE YOUR EXPOSURE BY SIGNING UP TO BE A SPONSOR

As a sponsor, you will receive recognition at the Business Exchange and on our private deck during the Drillers baseball game. The Drillers game will be attended by TAA members who participate in the Business Exchange, or other property management individuals that you may invite. Supplier Partners must participate in the Business Exchange or sign-up to be a sponsor of the Business at the Ballpark event to attend the Drillers game. VIEW THE 2024 SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES
