Having a good understanding of the Oklahoma Landlord & Tenant Law is important for anyone working in the rental housing business. Each year we educate members about changes to the law and share best practices on complying with the law. Whether you are new to the apartment industry, or a veteran, you can benefit from attending this seminar.

During the seminar we will discuss the new changes to the Oklahoma Landlord & Tenant Law that go into effect November 1st regarding repair and deduct for tenants.
