This is the last luncheon meeting for 2026. Join us as we close out out a full year of celebrating the Tulsa Apartment Association's 50th Anniversary. 

We will celebrate our maintenance heroes with a 1-hour seminar before the luncheon, where National Speaker Mark Sharp with the Maintenance Academy will present: "It's Preventive Maintenance, Not Pretendative Maintenance". Mark will continue sharing during the luncheon, where he will discuss "Tools, Talk, Talent: The Complete Maintenance Professional"

  • Attendees will earn 1 Continuing Education Credit (CECs) upon completion of the meeting. Credit eligibility is subject to attendance requirements.
  • Attendees to the maintenance seminar will earn 1 Continuing Education Credit (CEC) upon completion of the meeting. Credit eligibility is subject to attendance requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may not be canceled. You will be responsible for paying for the registration in full.  You can send someone in place of the registered person at no additional charge.  If you need to make changes or corrections to your registration, please e-mail Tiercy Jarvis at tjarvis@taaonline.org

Door prizes will be given away to residential property management professionals at the end of the Luncheon Meeting.  You must be present to win.
Supplier Members are welcome to bring door prize donations to the Luncheon Meeting. Please turn in your door prize donations at the check-in area when you arrive, and don't forget to include a business card with your door prize!

   Register on October 20:  $75 per member / $95 per non-member

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a registration is canceled, you will be responsible for paying the full amount.  You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge. Email registration changes to tjarvis@taaonline.org.
