Seminar: How to use Public Relations to Increase NOI

Traditional marketing tactics have their place, but the impact of good public relations is often overlooked.  A positive reputation can help retain and recruit employees, retain residents, build a referral network and demand for living at your community, and prevent burdensome regulations from being placed on the rental housing industry.

Diane White & Deb Sherman of Media Insiders will explain what Public Relations is and why it should be part of your marketing plan, and share tips on how to develop good PR that will have a positive impact on your NOI.
