Next Level Training is an educational series designed to help apartment industry professionals sharpen their skills, expand their knowledge, and gain confidence in handling day-to-day responsibilities. These sessions provide accessible, practical learning opportunities not only for Tulsa-based members, but for professionals across Eastern Oklahoma.
Each class focuses on relevant, real-world topics impacting today’s apartment industry — from fair housing compliance and operational best practices to technology tools, professional development, and evolving workplace expectations. Sessions are led by experienced industry professionals who understand the challenges faced by leasing teams, maintenance staff, managers, corporate leaders, and supplier partners.
Whether offered in person or virtually, Next Level Training is built to deliver takeaways attendees can apply immediately. Participants will leave each session better equipped, more confident, and ready to operate at a higher level in their role.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations may not be canceled. You will be responsible for paying for the registration in full.  You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge.  If you need to make changes or corrections to your registration, please e-mail the TAA office or call 918-747-6217 and we will be happy to assist you.

Reservations cannot be canceled once submitted. You are responsible for paying for the reservation in full.  You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge.
