Leasing Professional (Experienced) - Multifamily Housing
We seek an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team to assist with sister properties in Tulsa, OK.
Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.
As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic office teams and report to the Community Manager.

What You Will Do:
- Engage and welcome guests upon entering
- Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
- Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
- Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
- Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
- Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
- Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
- Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week.
- Be flexible in assisting and working at sister properties.
What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate must have 1+ years of leasing experience in property management, plus the following credentials/skills:
- Currently lives near Tulsa, Oklahoma (or within a 30-minute commute)
- Passion for assisting others
- Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Attention to detail with contracts, work orders, and communications.
- Demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
- Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Yardi, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
