Porter job description:

    A. Maintain grounds daily(weekdays only); including but not
        limited to: trash pick up, limbs, etc.
    B. Perform make ready tasks.C. Check all hall lights and clutter as scheduled.
    D. Empty office and model trash as needed.
    E. Assist maintenance in any lifting, moving of tools or
    equipment. And perform light maintenance tasks.
    F. Handle on call duties on a limited basis as needed.
    G. Maintain a safe, efficient and clean work environment and
        shop.
Applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, walk
stairs and property. Must have reliable transportation, driver’s
license and vehicle preferred. Must be able to speak, understand
and write English for business purposes.
