We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to become a valued member of the THM team. The SPM II will oversee 36N (36 North), a 545-unit mixed-income apartment community located in Tulsa’s historic Pheonix District. The development includes tax credit and market-rate apartment homes, more than 9,000 square feet of commercial space, and community focused amenities such as fitness centers, resident lounges, and a neighborhood grocery bodega. Currently under construction as part of a seven-phase development, 36N offers an exciting opportunity to lead a growing community and contribute to a transformative housing investment in Tulsa.
