Maintenance Mania & Service Tech Appreciation Night is coming back to Tulsa!
WHAT IS MAINTENANCE MANIA
Maintenance Mania is an event that consists of several skill-based tables games based on common maintenance activities and a race car competition. Competitors build their race cars prior to the event, aiming to have the fastest and most creative car built out of maintenance supplies.
Note: Competitors are not required to build race cars to participate in the games, however they will not be able to compete in the race car competition if they haven’t built a race car and will not qualify for the overall winner prizes.
The Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) Maintenance Mania is one of many competitions taking place around the country. If participant times are the fastest in our region, they will qualify for the 2023 National Maintenance Mania competition* in Atlanta.

REGISTRATION
by September 22: $40 Competitors / $20 Spectators
September 23-28: $50 Competitors / $30 Spectators
on September 29: $60 Competitors / $40 Spectators
Competitor Registration Includes the opportunity to compete in the Maintenance Mania games and win prizes, a competitor t-shirt and goodie bag, free parking voucher, dinner and drink ticket. Competitor registration is only for Service Technicians that work for an apartment community or management company.
Spectator Registration includes dinner.
By participating in this event I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that I am, as result, able to participate in TAA events and I do herby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold TAA harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.
