Maintenance expenses are the single largest controllable element in any operating budget. This course acts as an introduction for new maintenance professionals or as a refresher for the veteran employee, teaching what it takes to run a cost-effective maintenance program.

    Online CAMT soft skills training will include customer service and fair housing.

INSTRUCTOR: DARRON BETHEA

Darron has worked in the property management industry for over 20 years.  He is currently the Regional Maintenance Manager for Dominium and is responsible for the overall compliance of the Maintenance Department/Safety Policies and Procedures at their assigned properties, audits property condition, and preventative maintenance and maintenance policy adherence. Prior to Dominium, Darron served as a Community Manager, District Maintenance Supervisor and a Maintenance Specialist for several years. He holds numerous qualifications, including being a LEED Green Associate, Tax Credit Specialist, Accredited Residential Manager, UPCS Inspector, Certified Maintenance Technician and being EPA HVAC certified. Darron is originally from Washington, D.C., and currently resides in Houston, TX.

Register by January 16: $699 per member / $899 per non-member
Register January 17-31: $749 per member / $949 per non-member
   Register February 1-8: $825 per member / $1,025 per non-member


Cancellation Policy for CAMT Course Registration:  Full refunds will be given for cancellations made up until January 16th. Cancellations made January 17th-31st will receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations received after January 31st, and no-shows, will be required to pay in full.  Substitutions may be made for no additional fee.

Cancellation Policy for Sponsorships:  No cancellations will be accepted once your registration has been submitted.
