Cancellation Policy:
There will be NO refunds, exchanges or cancellations once sponsorship and/or team registration is received. If you made an error during the registration process please contact Nicole immeadiately at nkrouse@taaonline.org to get the error corrected.

By participating in this event I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) events and activities as my own free and intentional act and am fully aware that possible physical injury or illness might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that I am, as result, able to participate in TAA events and I do herby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold TAA harmless in the event that I incur any physical or mental injury, including illness, that might be attributed to my participation in the event.

The Party at the Park is a great opportunity to hang out with your TAA friends, and make some new ones!  We will have some seating, but we ask that you please bring your own outdoor chair to the event.  Tacos Mi Rey will be onsite cooking fresh street tacos for everyone that attends -  you must be registered to attend as a spectator or be on a team - and we will have outdoor games setup for spectators to play if they would like.  Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks are included with your registration.  A bar will be available to purchase adult beverages. No outside food or beverages will be allowed.

If you have signed up for a Cornhole Team, please email your team name and the first & last name of your two players to kcooper@taaonline.org by May 24.
