With growing electric vehicle (EV) adoption projected to increase over the coming years and decades, access to charging is becoming a key factor in apartment dwellers' decisions of where to live. That's because 80-90% of EV charging happens at home, making residential charging access a necessity for EV owners. Luxury multifamily properties currently have the greatest incentive to provide charging as an amenity, as higher-income households are leading EV adoption today. However, with incentives forthcoming for used EVs and lower sticker prices as the market matures, all multifamily properties can expect a growing demand for charging access.

Tune into this live webinar offered by the Tulsa Clean Cities Coalition, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, and Forth Mobility to learn about EV charging for multifamily properties, considerations and challenges involved in charging projects, incentives that can help reduce project costs, and resources to help you navigate a project from start to finish. The information shared will pull from a three-year U.S. Department of Energy-funded project (VCI-MUD) to study charging in multifamily contexts and develop resources to support future projects.
