We are not going to literally Spill the Tea, but we are going to give you the inside scoop on the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA)!
Whether you are a new member or a seasoned member you will learn valuable information about the association and the resources available with your TAA membership. We will share information about what the association does and how to take full advantage of your member benefits.

Luncheon Meetings are a great opportunity to meet and connect with peers that work in the rental housing industry. If you've attended a Luncheon Meeting before, we encourage you to invite and bring someone with you who hasn't attended a Luncheon a meeting before. During this Luncheon Meeting we will also recognize TAA leaders with the installation of new TAA Board Members and the announcement of the 2025 TAA Committee Chairs and Ambassadors.
Do you like to give back? Have you ever wondered how to get more involved with TAA? One of the easiest ways to give back and get more involved is by joining a TAA Committee. Each year we need members to help on the various TAA committees. Any person who works for a company that is a member of TAA is welcome to join a committee. Most committees only need an hour or two of your time each month. At the Luncheon Meeting, we will be hosting a Committee Fair where you will be able to meet and visit with Committee Chairs to learn more about what each Committee does and figure out if it would be a good fit for you. The Tulsa Apartment Association succeeds because of the dedication and hard work of its volunteers. Please consider donating your time and talents to a TAA Committee.
Register by January 14: $49 per member/$69 per non-member
Register January 15-20: $59 per member/$79 per non-member
Register on January 21: $69 per member/$89 per non-member
Cancellation Policy:
Registrations may be canceled up until Tuesday, January 14th at no charge. If registrations are canceled after January 14th you will be responsible for paying for the registration in full. You can send someone in the place of the person registered for no additional charge.
