Zenith Awards Nominations are Due by August 12

It's time to nominate your outstanding people, teams, communities, and companies for the 2022 Zenith Awards!  Nominations are due by August 12.

The Tulsa Apartment Association Zenith Awards were created to recognize outstanding members for their professionalism, hard work, and contributions to the apartment industry. Award winners represent the best of the best in the northeastern Oklahoma area rental housing industry.

There are over 30 different awards to submit nominations for the Zenith Awards. Don't forget to nominate your Suppliers!  Recognize your Supplier Partners (vendors) for their exceptional service by nominating them for a Zenith Award.  Supplier nominations are free!  Suppliers can be nominated for Supplier Sales Professional of the Year, Supplier Support Professional of the Year, Rookie Supplier Individual of the Year (in the rental housing industry for less than a year), and Supplier Company of the Year.

Nominees will be required to submit a video to be used for judging. Click here to view the nominee video guidelines. Nominee videos are due Friday, September 23, 2022. NEW THIS YEAR! If an individual nominee is overwhelmed by the idea of creating a video, they can schedule a time to come in to the TAA office and have an interview recorded for them to use for their video submission.  The interview will be recorded in one take, and there will not be any video editing services, however this is a great option for a nominee who is feeling overwhelmed by the fact that they will have to create and submit a video for their nomination.

The Zenith Awards event is an in-person gala-style event that celebrates all the nominees and where we announce the winner for each Zenith Award. This year the event will be held on Friday, November 18th at the Cox Business Convention Center Ballroom. The cocktail reception begins at 6pm, dinner at 7pm, and the awards presentation begins at 7:45pm. Following the awards presentation, we host an after-party at the same location. This year's theme is Havana Nights, and we will be #HavanAGoodTime at the 2022 Zenith Awards! Learn more and purchase your sponsorship, tables, and/or tickets now.
