We are a growing and dynamic property management company seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as our portfolio consists of multiple properties located throughout the Tulsa Metro area rather than a single on-site community.
Our company manages residential properties for a variety of owners, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism.

Position Overview
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties across the Tulsa Metro area. This role requires regular travel between properties, strong communication with residents, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties across multiple locations
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including showings, applications, and move-ins
  • Maintain strong relationships with property tenants, and vendors
  • Oversee rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and enforcement of lease terms
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure assets are well-maintained
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations

Qualifications
  • Active Oklahoma Real Estate License or willingness to obtain license within a specified timeframe
  • Previous property management or related real estate experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel throughout Tulsa Metro required)
  • Ability to pass background screening (if applicable)
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Availability to respond to property needs in a timely manner
  • Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all times
