Vintage Housing is seeking a Property Manager & Leasing Agent to support our affordable housing communities. This full-time position divides time between managing one assigned property (approximately 20 hours per week) and providing leasing support across the Vintage Housing portfolio (approximately 20 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for one assigned property and provide exceptional resident service.

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, inspections, work orders, rent collection, and delinquency follow-up.

Address resident concerns, enforce lease provisions, maintain resident files, and support community communication.

Monitor vacant units, apartment turns, property appearance, and occupancy readiness.

Respond to leasing inquiries and maintain prospective resident waiting lists.

Schedule and conduct tours, explain rental qualifications, and process applications.

Verify applicant documentation and coordinate screening and eligibility reviews.

Market available apartments, maintain online listings, and follow up with prospective residents.

Coordinate lease signings and help new residents through the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and confidential resident and applicant information.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing requirements.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Two years of property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred.

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws required; HUD or LIHTC experience preferred.

Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills.

Property management software experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between properties.

Ability to pass required background screening.

Ability to walk apartment communities, use office equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
