Our Community Managers own the community - the team, the residents, the asset, and the P&L. You're not executing someone else's playbook. You're setting the standard and driving the results.
We're a focused, high-growth multifamily operator with 2,700+ units across 7 states, and we're expanding quickly. We manage our own assets because we believe great operations is a real competitive advantage. That only works when the right people are running the communities.
What this role actually looks like:
- Full ownership of team performance, leasing, asset condition, and budget
- Real autonomy backed by a supportive Regional Manager

High standards, measured by outcomes, not activity
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of on-site community management experience
- A track record of hitting or exceeding occupancy and financial targets
- Someone who moves with urgency and stays calm under pressure
- Entrata or comparable PMS experience | Fair Housing certified
