Membership Dues

As a reminder, renewal dues invoices were sent out in December with a due date for February 1st, 2024. Note: NAA Blue Moon lease users are required to maintain membership in good standing in order to access the lease.

Owner/ Management Company Dues:

Our board and staff have tried to create a simple dues structure so that our members can easily tell how dues are calculated. In calculating annual dues, owner/management members must include the total number of units/rental homes in the Tulsa Apartment Association territory that they own and/or manage plus a $175.00 flat fee. New members will be charged a $50 application fee.

For example, if you have 500 units your dues would be: 500 x $2.40 = $1,200 + $175 flat fee = $1,375
